1. Providing management and leadership in the development of a detailed business plan for the UK division of a multinational.
2. Working with an international healthcare company on the development of it’s acquisition strategy, target acquisition list and analysis of targets.
3. Taking a product already on the market in a country and assessing it for launch in the UK. This involved market analysis, the writing of product concepts, developing a pack hierarchy and pack design and conducting market research with consumers and Healthcare Professionals resulting in a recommendation to launch.
